You do not want to miss these events!  A friend, Charley Wambolt, has coordinated these special opportunities to hear about current events taking place in the heart of Israel.

FOR ZION’S SAKE is coming to Alabama & Mississippi.

When/WhereMAY 5, Sunday (Theodore, AL) 5 p.m. – MAY 6, Monday (Long Beach, MS) 6:30 p.m.

For specific details contact: Charles Wambolt @ cwwt777@mac.com

Who is “For Zion’s Sake”?

Four young men touring through the southeast with a message of the importance of the land and people of Israel. These are Israel farmers/vinedressers who have been dedicated to supporting our Creator’s chosen people and chosen land in such a time as this.
The “For Zion’s Sake” presentation is free, the message is good, and the cause is important to our Creator. We have heard, “Find out what G-d is doing and join Him.” For those involved, there is understanding that there may be nothing happening on the planet that is more important than the current restoration of and support for the people holding onto the heartland (misnomered “West Bank) of Israel. It is said that approximately 80% of the Bible was written in this small area (heartland of Israel – Samaria/Shomron).

Who are the remnant who desire the Father’s heart, make effort to hear the call, draw the line, and stand firm? These young men are examples of the calling. If you want to hear the message at both locations (May 5 & 6), you are welcome to attend them both.

Jimmy Esposito Newk’s Fundraising

Emma Sturm wrote this for the blog about the Newk’s Fundraiser for Jimmy Esposito:

The Newk’s fundraiser was a surprising event. With the economy as bad as it is, people from the community came to break bread and opened their already tight wallets. Several people said they wanted to give more but they gave all that they could. We met different people from all walks of life. I was approached by a woman who gladly bragged and shined of her husband Paul Davis. Mrs Davis glowed as she told me that her husband is a 15 year survivor of a heart transplant. He is due for his 15th year check up the following week after the event. Paul Davis smiled a gentle smile as he told me he wanted to call Jimmy and speak to him personally. Mr and Mrs Davis were so honored to be apart of the event. Once the night came to an end, Newk’s kept their doors open to our event all the way until close. As several of us got into our patrol cars we were approached by a young man, his name is Roman Crews , he gave us his whole tips for the evening 24.00. For an 18 year old college student that is a lot of money. Roman told me he graduated from George County High School. He moved down to the coast to go to college. Roman lives on his own, works two jobs and goes to MGCCC JD full time in hopes to be accepted into USM nursing program.

Here comes the Harvest!

The Grapes are Ripening

The grapes in the Land are nearing perfection, and we are thrilled with the anticipation of what the G-d of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob wants to accomplish through this year’s harvest!

You have performed Your words, For You are righteous.Nehemiah 9:8b

How can YOU help?
Share in this work!

There are still some harvesters who are awaiting financial provision to join us for this year! These folks have their applications approved and their passports ready. They have stepped out in faith and made themselves available, trusting that the Father would provide for them to participate with His work.

If your heart is with us, but you can’t go with us physically this year, please consider reaching out to supply for those who have put their lives on hold to help accomplish this task, but lack the funding. This enormous work of restoration has a place for everyone. Some are assigned to the front lines of the vineyard, and some to prayer and financial backup. Each person depends on the others to fulfill their roles.

. . . the whole body, joined and knit together by what every joint supplies, according to the effective working by which every part does its share, causes growth of the body for the edifying of itself in love. – Ephesians 4:16

The costs for harvesters include:
Airfare —————————————- $1200 per person
Housing, food, transportation ————– $300/week per person
Full sponsorship for 1 person, for 3 weeks
(covering all of the above) —————- $2200

If you are being called to help send the hands for this year’s work of the Harvest, please click here to donate via Paypal, or send a donation through the mail.

Whether or not you can participate financially, we covet your prayers for the season ahead.

Thank you, and we look forward to updating you from the vineyards SOON!!

Life for Marriage Conference (August 2012)

It is not too late to register for this life changing marriage conference! This conference will help participants to prepare for marriage, strengthen their marriage and/or heal their marriage. Chris and Tanya Harmon share from the heart on how Jesus, through this marriage conference changed their lives! If you are interested in participating, scroll down and check out the details:

My name is Tanya Harmon and my husband of 9 yrs is Chris Harmon. Chris is my 2nd husband and I am his 3rd wife. We have 2 children, Cameron is 16 and Paris,11. Throughout our marriage Chris and I spent years hurting each other. Our once loving relationship grew toxic as it was riddled with fighting, adultery, depression, and substance abuse. Our hearts became badly broken and scarred. We grew weary, and began considering divorce. Neither of us truly wanted a divorce, but felt the damage to our relationship irreversible. We did not know where to turn to start the healing process. Like most couples today, we sought marriage counseling from a professional. However, after countless hours of counseling, and no improvement in my heart condition towards Chris, divorce seemed to be our destiny. As a last resort, I asked Chris to take me to church, and we agreed that if we didn’t find healing there, we would go our separate ways. What we did not realize during the past few years, God was strategically placing people in our lives, as He waited for us to turn to Him (several members of Bayou Talla were working with my husband, and invited us to church). While attending my first service at Bayou Talla, God spoke to me. He opened my eyes, and did something to my heart that years of counseling and prescription medication could not do. From that moment on, I knew that God could restore my heart, my marriage, and my family. I knew, he could show me how to forgive. On 6-10-2010, we were baptized, and turned our lives and marriage over to the Lord. Our marriage and family has been restored, and my heart has been healed.

If you know someone who has a heart condition, or find unselfish struggling in your marriage, There is healing and restoration in the Lord that no amount of money, professional counseling, doctors visits, or prescription medications can provide.
